There is a sequence that is always present in the development of anger. There is a person or circumstance that occurs which you blame for disrupting your sense of well-being. As soon as you blame something or someone, you go into the role of a victim. The result is that of an anger response. The sequence is:
You cannot be angery without first being a victim. You must first acknowledge that you might be angry. If you’re thinking, “I Am Not Angry,” you’re probably angrier than you think.
